We request our overseas clients to pay in advance by wire transfer or credit card. We can not ship COD or L/C to overseas. Unfortunately we can not issue any credit line to anyone. We do not charge any extra for using credit card. If you wish to use credit card for purchases, please complete and send a Credit Card Form.
Prices
Prices are FOB Los Angeles and in US$. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors. For shipping rates, please request a quote. Prices are based on single order for first time customers. If you maintain a continuos and active relationship or if you purchase in volume, we will assign a special pricing plan. We do not charge export, import, or custom taxes when shipping overseas; please contact the Custom Department in your country for more information. If we ship in California, there will be a charge of 8.25% sales tax, however if you have tax exception, please complete and send a Tax Exception Form.
Warranty
Domestic clients please contact the nearest manufacturer's authorized service provider for warranty claims. To find an authorized service provider, please visit the manufacturer's web site under service and support. We warranty new products up to 90 days from the date of purchase for overseas clients. Returns are subject to 20% restocking fee within 15 days of purchase. Absolutely no returns after 15 days. Defective units may be returned for repair, replacement, credit, or refund during the warranty period by obtaining a RMA number. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. In order to get a RMA number, please complete and send a RMA Form.
